I'm a blogging nightmare lately! I'm not sure if it the constant chores that need to be done or lack of pictures to post. I have pictures to post but truly hate to sit and upload them. I am anxiously awaiting the day that photos can be uploaded from the camera to PC via wireless connection. Does this already exist- does anyone know?
We've been busy- very busy. I honestly feel like each year goes by faster. Pete and I both feel like we moved into our house a few weeks ago. We've accomplished a lot but still have a long list of projects. The next big project is to upgrade the garage. This includes a new slab, new garage doors, paint, french drain, and some extermination.
The garage currently is home to a million camel crickets. Have you ever seen a camel cricket?

Camel crickets are foul little insects. When you open the doors and flip on the lights they all start jumping aroung- disgusting! Recently they have been making their way into the house. Daisy takes great pleasure in ripping off their legs prior to killing them. I can't tell you how many mornings I have come down the cricket carcasses in the living room. At least she does not deliver them to me!

I can't wait to see the new garage! Also, I can totally relate to the nastiness that are camel crickets (aka jumping cockroaches). Disgusting.
