I'm touring VA this week for work. Pete is at home with Beaner, and he sent me this sweet picture today.
I'll post finished basement pictures this week. They have a few things to do but they are minor. We started the upstairs bath last week. We decided to put in a smaller radiator so our toilet is not angled out into the room. Removing a radiator involved shutting off the boiler and the boiler's water supply. As it turns out, our water shut off valve was not working properly. The guys drained the system then it filled back up. Lucky for us, the water reached the second floor over the weekend. We noticed there was a problem on our way out the door on Saturday when water was dripping through the ceiling into the living room. Good times!!
