When Anna and Katherine were little people, Laurie invented an entire Dachshund language. This may have happened prior to Anna and Katherine's birth seeing as how Goshen arrived before both of them. Either way, we have learned McAlpine dachshund speak now that we have one of their babies. Belle is a dachshund but really she is a toont. When several dachshunds are together there are many toonts. This is a picture of broken tootses. Broken tootses occur when a dachshund stretches out with both back legs sticking straight out. I think of all the things Belle does, this may be the cutest.
